Coments on the condition:
Ce demi-sprenger est frappé sur un flan large et régulier. Hormis une faiblesse de frappe à 3 et 9 heures au droit, les reliefs sont nets. Les deux faces présentent de petites taches superficielles

Obverse description : Écu aux armes de Berghes sous un heaume orné de plumes et d'une tête de cerf coupant la légende en haut.
Obverse translation : (Robert de Berghe, évêque de Liège).
Reverse
Reverse legend : DVX* -BVLL* - COME* - LOSSE (PONCTUATION PAR SIMPLE ÉTOILE À CINQ RAIS).

After the death of George of Austria on May 4, 1557, Robert de Berghes, who had been appointed coadjutor on August 25, 1550, took over. On April 3, 1559, with the Peace of Cateau-Cambrésis, Bouillon, which had been taken on June 28, 1553 by French troops, was returned to the Principality of Liège. Gérard de Groesbeek is appointed coadjutor and he succeeds Robert de Berghes who leaves him the bishopric on April 11, 1564.
