Les préliminaires de paix signés à Paris le 31 mai 1727 permettent un arrangement entre la France, le Saint-Empire, l’Angleterre, la Hollande et l’Espagne qui lève le siège de Gibraltar. Ces préliminaires seront concrétisés le 9 novembre 1729 lors du traité de Séville.
The preliminaries of peace signed in Paris on May 31, 1727, allowed for an arrangement between France, the Holy Roman Empire, England, Holland, and Spain that lifted the siege of Gibraltar. These preliminaries were formalized on November 9, 1729, with the Treaty of Seville.
