Commentary
Pour ce type, les auteurs du RPC ont relevé trois exemplaires, mais avec aucun coin de droit répertorié car les exemplaires ne semblent pas avoir été photographiés. Bien que dans les ouvrages de référence, le droit soit le côté où est représenté le roi du Pont, d’après notre exemplaire, le droit semblerait bien être le côté où figure le portrait de Néron.
For this type, the authors of the RPC noted three examples, but with no obverse die listed because the examples do not seem to have been photographed. Although in the reference works, the right is the side where the King of Pontus is depicted, according to our example, the right would seem to be the side where the portrait of Nero appears.
