Commentary

Zhumabek Tashenev (1915-?) était président du conseil des ministres de la République socialiste soviétique kazakhe entre 1960 et 1961. Il s’oppose à Nikita Khrouchtchev sur un redécoupage territorial au nord du Kazakhstan et est écarté.
