Commentary

La frappe de ces jetons qui pourrait avoir commencée dans les dernières années du règne de Louis XIV, a probablement continué sous le règne de Louis XV. (cf. “The low countries and France” vol.2 Michael Mitchiner - p.1181 ref : 3602 et 3603).
