Commentary

Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de dix-neuf coins de droit et de vingt-et-un coins de revers. Ce type de denier est beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les ouvrages généraux.
For this type, Mr. Crawford noted an estimate of nineteen obverse dies and twenty-one reverse dies. This type of denarius is much rarer than general works suggest.
