(1566-1587)
Guillaume was born in 1538 from the union of Frédéric II Gonzague and Marguerite Paléologue. He is the younger brother and, from 1550, the successor of his late older brother François Gonzague. He married in 1561 Éléonore, daughter of Ferdinand of Austria. He died in 1587.
