ITALY - KINGDOM OF NAPLES - Ferdinand IV

(1759-1825)

Born in Naples January 12, 1751, Ferdinand IV is the son of Charles of Bourbon and Maria Amalia Walburga of Saxony. He is King of Sicily (Peninsular) under the name of Ferdinand IV from 1759 to 1799 and after a short interlude from 1799 to 1806 and again from 1815 to 1816, King of Sicily (island) under the name of Ferdinand III , from 1759 to 1816 and finally, King of the Two Sicilies from 1816 to 1825. He died in Naples, January 4, 1825.
