Obverse description : Représentation de la “Madonnna” statue en cuivre de Giuseppe Perrego datant de 1774 et placé sur la plus haute flèche de la cathédrale de milan. Le tout placé devant le château de la famille Sforza. Dans le ciel flotte l’image du Biscione dévorant un enfant symbole de la ville de milan.

Exemplaire dans sa boite verte inscrit aux armes de Milan, intérieur en feutrine verte. Une partie de la couverture de la boite se décolle .
