Commentary

Ce type ne fut frappé qu'en 1848. Pour ce millésime des pièces en or de 40 et 20 lires furent aussi fabriquées. Ces monnaies furent mises en œuvre suite au décret du 27 mai 1848 et ne furent démonétisées qu'en 1927, malgré la loi autrichienne de démonétisation en 1848, rendant l'utilisation et la détention de ces pièces illégales.
