Obverse translation : (Pierre Léopold, par la grâce de Dieu, prince royal de Hongrie et Bohême, archiduc d’Autriche, grand duc d’Étrurie).

Reverse description : Écu écartelé couronné, orné de cuirs, brochant sur une croix portant sur le tout un écu couronné parti au 1 de Lorraine, au 2 d’Autriche, au 3 de Toscane ; au bas de l’écu le bijou de l’ordre de la Toison d’or.

ITALY - GRAND DUCHY OF TUSCANY - PETER-LEOPOLD I OF LORRAINE
(1765-1790)
Peter Leopold I was born in 1747 from the union of François I of Lorraine and Maria Theresa of Austria. In 1764, he married Marie-Louise, daughter of King Charles III of Spain. He succeeded his father in 1765 and was elected emperor under the name Leopold II in 1790. He died in 1792.
