Cette médaille a été frappée en qualité Epreuve, portant le poinçon de garantie de l’Etat. Elle est présentée dans un carton plastifié, puis dans une enveloppe timbrée et oblitérée. Le tout est dans un étui avec des explications en français et en italien du Comité Michelangiolesco.
