Jean Spifame III Sr de Biseaux et de Passy fut conseiller au parlement en 1549 puis doyen de la grand’chambre et conseiller d‘Etat. Il epousa Marguerite de Lyon sœur de François de Lyon premier president de la cour des monnoyes fille d’Antoine de Lyon conseiller de grand’chambre.
