Jeton d'une insigne rareté. Les deux jetons des officiers du guet de la collection Feuardent, en cuivre et en état B, réalisérent 115 francs dans sa vente!
Corre classe notre personnage en Ile de France mais ses armes sont parties de Bretagne. Ministre de la Marine, il publia ses mémoires en 1792 sous le titre de Mémoires du comte de Maurepas, ministre de la marine, par Jean-Frédéric Phélypeaux Maurepas, il occupa le poste à la Marine du 16 août 1723 au 23 avril 1749. Ce fut un grand Ministre de Louis XV, ennemi déclaré des maîtresses et des dépenses du Roi.
A token of remarkable rarity. The two tokens of the watch officers from the Feuardent collection, in copper and in condition B, achieved 115 francs in its sale! Our character is classified in Ile de France but his weapons left Brittany. Minister of the Navy, he published his memoirs in 1792 under the title of Mémoires du comte de Maurepas, ministre de la marine, by Jean-Frédéric Phélypeaux Maurepas, he occupied the post in the Navy from August 16, 1723 to April 23, 1749. He was a great Minister of Louis XV, declared enemy of the mistresses and the expenses of the King
