Commentary


Selon wikipedia, Augustin de Thou était le fils de Jacques de Thou et de Geneviève Le Moyne, et avocat du Parlement de Paris.
Il portait le titre de seigneur de Bonneuil. En 1512, il devient seigneur de Villebon et décède à Paris le 6 mars 1554, et fut inhumé en l'église Saint-André-des-Arts[2]. Il est le père de Christophe et Nicolas de Thou.
According to Wikipedia, Augustin de Thou was the son of Jacques de Thou and Geneviève Le Moyne, and a lawyer in the Parliament of Paris. He held the title of Lord of Bonneuil.
