Au XIXe siècle ce denier était attribué aux "Sénons émigrés" ; il est désormais attribué à l'Allemagne du Sud et plus récemment aux Helvètes.
In the 19th century this money was attributed to “émigré Senons”; it is now attributed to South Germany and more recently to the Helvetii

HELVETII - VINDELICI (Germania, currently South Germany)

(2nd century BC - 1st century AD)

The Vindelicians were considered to be a people of Celtic origin. They possibly controlled the headwaters of the Rhine and the region of Lake Constance and the Inn valley. Their neighbors were the Helvetii and the Boii. Their main oppidum was Brigantion (Bregenz). They were submitted only by Tiberius during the campaign of 15 BC. Strabo (IV. 3, 6; VII, 1, 5); Pliny (HN. III, 133); Tacitus (An. II, 17); Ptolemy (G. II, 12). Kruta: 69.
