Helena, mother of Constantine and Constantius first wife, received the title of augusta 324. After the death of Fausta and Crispus, she went to the Holy Land. In Jerusalem, she discovered the remains of the True Cross and founded many institutions. She died in 328, was sanctified and is included in the calendar.
