Reverse description : Minerve (Pallas) debout à droite, vêtu de l’égide et d’un chiton long, brandissant une javeline de la main droite et tenant un bouclier de la main gauche.
Reverse translation : Consul tertium”, (Consul pour la troisième fois).
Commentary
Rubans de type 3. Au revers, nous pourrions avoir une représentation du palladium (Le palladium est une statue cultuelle de Pallas (Minerve), protectrice de Troie, qu'Énée aurait emportée avec lui lors de sa fuite). La statuette fut déposée à la garde de Vesta, puis de leurs servantes (les Vestales) et était déposé comme tel dans le temple de la déesse, transféré par Auguste du Forum au Palatin.
