Coments on the condition:
Exemplaire sur un petit flan irrégulier, bien centré au droit, décentré au revers, un peu court sur les légendes. Beau droit, bien venu à la frappe. Usure très importante au revers, mais parfaitement lisible et identifiable. Rayure au droit devant la Victoire. Patine grise superficielle avec des reflets dorés

Caius Julius Vindex, propraetor of Lyonnaise entered into rebellion against Nero in March 68. The legions of Germania remained faithful to the Emperor and Verginius Rufus defeated the Gallic troops in May. Before disappearing, Vindex had appealed to Galba who was in Spain.
