Commentary
De 1924 à 1935, suite à l’impopularité de la famille régnante, est instaurée la seconde République Hellénique. Malgré les réformes d’Elefthérios Venizélos, la République est aussi victime d’une forte instabilité. En 1935, suite à un plébiscite contesté, Georges II, fils de Constantin, revient sur le trône.

Despite the reforms of Eleftherios Venizelos, the Republic also suffered from significant instability. In 1935, following a disputed plebiscite, George II, son of Constantine, returned to the throne.
