Commentary

Il s’agit sans doute du millésime 1655. Les exemplaires émis pendant le Commonwealth sont assez rare. C’est la deuxième fois que nous proposons une monnaie de cette période à la vente. Le différent en début de légende du droit est un soleil (1649-1657).
This is probably from the 1655 vintage. examples issued during the Commonwealth are quite rare. This is the second time we have offered a coin from this period for sale. The difference at the beginning of the obverse legend is a sun (1649-1657)
