Anne Stuart was born in London on February 6, 1665 to James II, King of England, and Anne Hyde. In 1683, she married George of Denmark who died in 1708. In 1702, after the death of her brother-in-law William III, she became Queen of England and Ireland. She died in London on August 12, 1714.
