Exemplaire sur un flan bombé, ovale, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis complets. Portraits magnifiques, en particulier celui de la Tyché. Patine marron, légèrement granuleuse

Gordian III is the grandson of Gordian I and the nephew of Gordian II, ephemeral emperors of the year 238. At the request of the people of Rome, he is chosen as Caesar by Balbin and Pupian and succeeds them after their assassinations.
