Flan large, épais et bien centré. Grènetis complet. Très beau buste de Gordien ainsi qu’un joli revers. Patine grise, légèrement tachée au revers

Gordian III is the grandson of Gordian I and the nephew of Gordian II, ephemeral emperors of the year 238. At the request of the people of Rome, he is chosen as Caesar by Balbin and Pupian and succeeds them after their assassinations.
