Commentary

La société de géographie fondée en 1821 regroupe 55 prix. Le prix Conrad Malte-Brun créé en 1891 vient récompenser les travaux géographiques sur les diverses parties du monde. Cette médaille est attribuée à Jacques Ancel pour sa thèse “La Macédoine”.
