Flan court centré au droit et décentré au revers. Joli tête malgré l’usure, et reste du cheval au revers bien venu à la frappe. Patine sombre, quelques tâches brunes

Ce rare type de billon, considéré comme un type original proche du BN. 3844, est attribué dans le Nouvel Atlas dans les monnaies de la périphérie arverne, à l'attribution incertaine.
Les rares lieux de trouvaille signalés se situeraient à l’ouest du Massif Central. Il existerait des monnaies d’argent (DT. 3610) et d’autres en bronze (DT. 3610A).
