Type rare et recherché pour le Dauphiné. Monnaie coupée en deux parties ayant été restaurée à partir d’une autre monnaie. Une telle pratique permettait de remettre en circulation des monnaies rognées et fut surtout utilisée dans le courant du XVIe siècle.
A rare and sought-after type for the Dauphiné region. A coin cut into two parts that was restored from another coin. This practice allowed clipped coins to be put back into circulation and was mainly used during the 16th century.
