Commentary
Variety with a trefoil between FRANCORV and REX and a ringlet between ET and IPERA. This trefoil probably marks a change of practice of the master Jean Jumel who practiced from 1520 to 1532. A example with a ringlet on the obverse and very reverse is also known (VSO MONNAIES 37, no. 100)
