Ce denier est frappé sur un flan assez large et légèrement irrégulier. Exemplaire recouvert d’une patine grise sur lequel la croix du revers apparaît en négatif au droit

LORDSHIP OF FLORENNES - GAUCHER OF CHATILLON
(1312-1322)
Gaucher de Châtillon (1250-1329) was constable of France, under Philippe IV and his successors, and count of Porcien. The lord of Florennes had obtained in 1292 a right of coinage that his widow, Isabeau de Rumigny transmitted in 1313 to her second husband, Gaucher de Châtillon.
