La neuvième 2 Euro commémorative circulante de la Finlande a été frappée à l’occasion du 150ème anniversaire du décret monétaire de 1860 autorisant la Finlande à émettre des billets de banque et des pièces. L’institut monétaire finlandais (fondé en 1860) est la ‘‘Rahapaja’’ situé à Vanda.
On trouve sur cette 2 Euro commémorative la nouvelle marque d’atelier, le lion qui remplace la corne d'abondance.

Finland's ninth circulating 2 Euro commemorative coin was minted to mark the 150th anniversary of the 1860 Monetary Decree authorizing Finland to issue banknotes and coins. The Finnish Mint (founded in 1860) is Rahapaja, located in Vanda. This 2 Euro commemorative coin features the new mint mark, the lion, replacing the cornucopia.
