daughter of Maximian Hercules wife of Constantine I, mother of Constantine II, Constans and Constantius II - Augusta (324-326)

Fausta, daughter of Maximian, married in 307 Constantine whom she had five children, three sons, Constantine II, Constantius and Constans, and two daughters, Constantina, who married successively Hanniballien Constance and Galle, and Helen, who married Julian II . Involved in a sordid adulterous affair with his step-son Crispus, she was scalded in the bath on the order of Constantine in 326.
