Commentary
La description de Feuardent, buste à droite, est manifestement erronnée. Philippe Hecquet marqua son décanat par une nouvelle édition du Codex qui fut finalement imprimée et distribuée en 1732. Il fit aussi élaborer une nouvelle édition des statuts de la Faculté et dota la bibliothèque de la Faculté de plus de 1300 volumes.
The description of Feuardent, bust on the right, is clearly erroneous. Philippe Hecquet marked his deanship with a new edition of the Codex which was finally printed and distributed in 1732. He also had a new edition of the Faculty's statutes produced and endowed the Faculty's library with more than 1,300 volumes.
