Exemplaire qui n’a pas été monnayé et qui a été malencontreusement mis en circulation. Cet exemplaire a été trouvé dans un sac de la Banque de France avec d’autres pièces de 1 centime d’euro françaises par un employé de La Poste. Nous savons donc avec certitude que cet exemplaire est français.
