Lancé au début 2010, ‘America the beautiful’ est un programme de frappe de 56 monnaies commémoratives de 1/4 dollar illustrant les parcs nationaux et d’autres sites nationaux des États-Unis d’Amérique.
Frederick Douglass (1818-1895) est un activiste anti-esclavagiste, politicien et diplomate noir. Sa maison Cedar Hill à Anacostia dans le district fédéral est devenue un site historique national.
Ce lot contient trois monnaies de chacun des trois ateliers émetteurs : Philadelphie, Denver et San Francisco .
Launched in early 2010, 'America the Beautiful' is a program of 56 commemorative quarter dollar coins depicting the national parks and other national sites of the United States of America. Frederick Douglass (1818-1895) was a Black anti-slavery activist, politician, and diplomat. His home, Cedar Hill, in Anacostia, in the Federal District, is a National Historic Landmark. This lot contains three coins from each of the three mints: Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco.
