Fin 2018, l’US Mint lance une nouvelle série de monnaies de 1 dollar consacrées à l’innovation américaine. La première émission datée 2018 est une monnaie d’introduction. A partir de 2019, seront émises au rythme de quatre émissions par an des monnaies pour chacun de 50 états, le District de Columbia et les cinq territoires (Puerto Rico, Guam, les Samoas Américaines, les Îles Vierges Américaines et les Îles Mariannes du Nord).
Ce lot comprend chacune des quatre émissions émises en 2019 dans le cadre du programme American innovation par l’atelier de Philadelphie :
- Classification des étoiles (Delaware)
- Vaccin de la polio (Delaware)
- Ampoule électrique (New Jersey)
- Trustees’ Garden (Georgie).
At the end of 2018, the US Mint launched a new series of $1 coins dedicated to American innovation. The first issue, dated 2018, is an introductory coin. Starting in 2019, four issues per year will be issued for each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the five territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands).
