Commentary


Gravé par James B. Longacre, le type Indian Princess Head (à la tête de princesse indienne) est frappé de 1854 à 1889. A l’époque, cette monnaie est peu prisée et donc peu frappée. Elle est désormais prisée des collectionneurs.

Theodore Roosevelt succeeded the assassinated President (1901/1909) and undertook an interventionist policy in America and landed a mediator in regional conflicts. At Taft succeeded Wilson in 1913 which was to enter the United States in the war in 1917.
