Exemplaire en laiton avec la tranche striée. Les analyses de surface indiquent : 64% de Cuivre + 35% de Zinc. Il s’agit donc d’une variante de métal de la référence GEM.142/2 (qui est indiqué en Cupro-Aluminium). On note que les coins sont polis circulairement.
Rarissime épreuve, c’est la première fois que nous la proposons à la vente.
Brass example with a reeded edge. Surface analysis indicates 64% copper and 35% zinc. This is therefore a metal variant of reference GEM.142/2 (which is listed as cupro-aluminum). Note that the dies are circularly polished. An extremely rare example, this is the first time we have offered it for sale.
