Élisabeth-Philippe-Marie-Hélène de France was born in Versailles on May 3, 1764. She was born of the union of the Dauphin Louis de France and Marie-Joséphine de Saxony and is the sister of Louis XVI. She followed her brother to the Temple prison and was brought before the Revolutionary Court before being guillotined on 21 Floréal Year 2 (May 10, 1794).
