Reverse description : Élagabal lauré et drapé debout de face tourné à gauche, tenant verticalement une branche de cyprès de la main gauche et une patère de la main droite, sacrifiant au-dessus d'un autel allumé.
Reverse translation : “Pontifex Maximus Tribunicia Potestate quartum Consul tertium Pater Patriæ”, (Grand Pontife, revêtu de la quatrième puissance tribunitienne, consul pour la troisième fois, père de la patrie).

Rubans de type 3. Le portrait d’Élagabal est représenté avec favori et la corne, légèrement barbu. Étoile à six rais. Elle représente probablement la pierre noire.
