Exemplaire sur un flan mince, ovale, bien centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Beau portrait d’Élagabal. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Patine de collection ancienne avec des reflets mordorés

Obverse description : Buste lauré et drapé d’Élagabal à droite, vu de trois quarts en arrière (A*21).
Obverse translation : “Imperator Antoninus Augustus”, (L’empereur Antonin auguste).


Reverse legend : P M TR P II - C-OS II P P.
Reverse description : Fortuna (la Fortune) drapée, assise à gauche, tenant de la main droite un gouvernail posé sur un globe et de la main gauche, une corne d'abondance ; sous le siège, une petite roue.
Reverse translation : “Pontifex Maximus Tribunicia Potestate iterum Consul iterum Pater Patriæ”, (Grand pontife revêtu de la deuxième puissance tribunitienne consul pour la seconde fois père d ela patrie).
