En 2015, le champ gazier de Zohr a été découvert en mer Méditerranée à 190 km au nord de Port Said. Initialement fort prometteur, les réserves prouvées se sont révélées très décevantes.
In 2015, the Zohr gas field was discovered in the Mediterranean Sea, 190 km north of Port Said. Initially very promising, the proven reserves turned out to be very disappointing.
