Commentary

Le territoire du Sinaï est occupé depuis 1967 par l’armée israélienne suite à la Guerre des Six Jours. A partir de 1975, des pourparlers entre l’Égypte et Israël puis les accords de Camp David et enfin le traité de 1979, permirent la restitution du Sinaï à l’Égypte en 1982.
