Feuardent classe ces exemplaires comme refrappes et il est possible qu’il ait raison car on ne voit pas pourquoi un jeton en cuivre destiné à l’usage serait cannelé sur la tranche.
Pourtant un doute subsiste puisque nous avons un exemplaire qui porte des initiales gravées et qui a été utilisé : ces jetons en cuivre n’auraient-ils pas été prévus comme passes pour entrer aux cours ?.

However, a doubt remains, since we have a example that bears engraved initials and was used: could these copper tokens not have been intended as passes to enter the courts?
