Coments on the condition:
Exemplaire sur un flan mince, très large et ovale, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Très beau portrait de Mars bien venu à la frappe. Joli revers avec une usure superficielle servi par une magnifique patine de médaillier gris foncé avec des reflets mordorés

Obverse description : Tête imberbe de Mars à droite coiffé du casque corinthien à aigrette ; derrière la tête, un caducée ; au-dessus du casque, marque de valeur (XVI) en monogramme.
Obverse translation : “Blasio Cneii Filius”, (Blasio fils de Cneius).

Reverse legend : ROMA À L’EXERGUE.
Reverse description : La Triade Capitoline : Jupiter au centre, Junon à gauche, Minerve à droite debout de face ; Jupiter est nu, tenant un sceptre de la main droite et un foudre de la main gauche ; Junon est drapée et tient un bâton terminé par une tête d’animal et un bouclier ; Minerve tient une couronne de la main droite et couronne Jupiter ; upsilon (Y) entre Jupiter et Minerve.
Reverse translation : “Roma”, (Rome).
