Exemplaire sur un petit flan ovale, bien centré des deux côtés. Très beau portrait de Constantin Ier inhabituel de haut relief. Joli revers de style fin. Belle patine vert olive foncé

Obverse description : Buste lauré consulaire de Constantin Ier auguste à gauche, vu de trois quarts en avant, tenant le globe (H*1).
Obverse translation : “Constantinus Maximus Augustus Consul quartum”, (Constantin le grand auguste consul pour la quatrième fois).

Reverse legend : SOLI INVIC-TO COMITI/ TF|*// PLG.
Reverse description : Sol (le Soleil) radié, nu le manteau sur l’épaule, debout à gauche, levant la main droite et tenant un globe de la gauche.
Reverse translation : “Soli Invicto Comiti”, (Au compagnon le Soleil invincible).
Commentary
Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Le buste consulaire est richement ornementé avec la toga picta et la toga palmata. Au revers les lettres dans le champ T F pourraient être les initiales de “Temporum Felicitas” pour les temps heureux. Type totalement inédit avec la légende longue au droit !.
