Exemplaire sur un flan mince, bien centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Beau portrait, bien venu à la frappe. Très joli revers avec les pierres qui semblent sortir de la porte. Patine vert foncé avec des reflets métalliques

Poids très léger. Avec son argenture superfielle. Rubans de type 3. Ptéryges visibles des deux côtés sous le paludamentum. Six rangs verticaux de pierres au revers.

Caesar

Constantius II was born on August 7, 318 in Sirmium. He was raised to the cesarat on November 8, 324 at the age of six. In 337, after the death of his father, it was he who murdered or allowed most of his collateral family, descendants of Constantius Chlorus and Theodora. Only Constance Galle and Julien escape the massacre.
