Exemplaire sur un flan ovale, bien centré des deux côtés. Beau portrait de Constance II césar. Joli revers de style fin à l’usure superficielle. Patine marron foncé

Poids très léger. Rubans de type 3. Ptéryges fines visibles des deux côtés. Légende normale au revers qui est moins courante que la légende CAES. normale pour les Césars à Nicomédie. Six rangs verticaux de pierres.
