Obverse description : Buste radié, drapé et cuirassé de Constance Ier césar à droite vu de trois quarts en avant (A).

Obverse translation : “Flavius Valerius Constantius Nobilissimus Cæsar”, (Flavius Valère Constance très noble césar).

Reverse description : Deux Concordes drapées debout face à face, tenant chacune une corne d'abondance.

Reverse translation : “Concordia Augustorum”, (La Concorde des augustes).

Commentary

Avec son argenture superficielle. Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Ptéryges invisibles sous le paludamentum. Malgré la rareté de ce type, nous n’avons malheureusement pas relevé d’identité de coin pertinente. C’est le cinquième exemplaire photographié. Prendra le n° 543e dans le Supplément III du Bastien.
With its superficial silvering. Type 3 ribbons with rounded ends. Pteryges invisible under the paludamentum. Despite the rarity of this type, we unfortunately did not find any relevant die identity. This is the fifth example photographed. Will take the number 543 in Supplement III of Bastien
