Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de trente coins de droit et de trente-trois coins de revers. Cet exemplaire est en fait beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent paraître les ouvrages généraux.

In 41 BC, Lucius Antonius, (the brother of Marc Antoine) and Publius Servilius were consuls. The new consul, urged on by his sister-in-law, Fulvia, opposed Octave while Marc-Antoine was in Asia. Lucius Antonius found himself locked up and besieged in Perugia, awaiting help from his brother's legions stationed in Gaul, which never arrived. The consul capitulated. The triumvir forgave him, sent to Spain as governor, Lucius Antonius died shortly afterwards. Antony in Asia Minor, met Cleopatra in Tarsus. He followed her to Egypt and accompanied her to Alexandria.
