CLAUDE II THE GOTHIC
Gothic Claudius II died at Sirmium in 270. He was deified by Aurelian succeeded opposing Quintillus brother Claudius II who was quickly eliminated. Half a century later, Constantine will link its descent to the Gothic Claudius II. He claimed that his grandmother was a daughter or niece of the Emperor away by the plague.
